Events for Santa Rosa Scottish Dancers

Bishop's Ranch Country Dance Retreat, January 19-21, 2018

This is an annual event open to all RSCDS-SF members on a January weekend, Friday evening through Sunday lunch. It's a great time to learn new dances, socialize and get to know your fellow dancers. Country dance workshops are held Friday evening, Saturday morning and afternoon, and Sunday morning. Friday night we begin with a potluck dinner.

Saturday evening we have a wine and cheese party, and then we're "piped" in to dinner in the cafeteria. The evening is filled with a ball, topped with the blessing of the haggis and usually some "rumbledethumps" to go with it. The Bishop's Ranch cafeteria provides fabulous, healthy cuisine for the balance of the weekend. Great fun for all!

Bishop's Ranch is an Episcopal retreat center in a beautiful country setting on Westside Road near Healdsburg, CA.
